This charming cottage has an enclosed sun deck and hot tub, a complete kitchen with a clear Redwood bar countertop, and large skylights to give warmth and light in the sitting and dining areas. The sleeping area upstairs consists of a double-sized futon and — kids are thrilled by this! — loft is accessed by a secured ladder.
